As Fractional Creative Director for Eko Health, I led a full brand refresh and multi-channel campaign strategy to support the company’s next phase of growth in the medical technology space. I partnered closely with leadership across marketing, product, and sales to align creative priorities with business outcomes, using insights from NPS data and consumer reviews to inform messaging and design. I also introduced and implemented generative AI tools into the creative workflow, optimizing everything from asset creation to copy development. This improved production speed, elevated consistency, and expanded the team’s capacity without increasing headcount.
My work included leading the Eko+ product launch, directing the CORE 500 anniversary campaign, and producing creative for seasonal initiatives targeting healthcare professionals. I oversaw photo and video production, redesigned digital content across email, web, and social, and refreshed the Eko+ logo to align with the brand’s evolving identity. Our integrated strategy led to improved CAC/LTV ratios, more agile content delivery, and high-profile wins like product placement on a Warner Bros. television show—further positioning Eko as a category leader in connected care.
Samuel Hubbard
As Interim Creative Director for Samuel Hubbard, I stepped in during a leadership transition to guide the brand through a strategic refresh across print, digital, and retail channels. I led the creative vision for seasonal campaigns, redefined brand guidelines, and modernized the visual identity while preserving the brand’s heritage. My work spanned catalog design, UX/UI enhancements, CRM workflows, email marketing, and in-store merchandising, ensuring a cohesive customer experience across every touchpoint.
Working closely with internal marketing and executive teams, I helped realign creative priorities with revenue goals and customer insights. I also optimized production workflows, introduced scalable creative systems, and managed a cross-functional team of designers and content creators.
